VVDI MB BGA TOOL

Can anyone tell me did they successfully renew Mercedes edc17cp46 with VVDI Mb tool.

This is the first ECU that gives me problem to connect.

I can read ECU with bench /factory mode with out problem but can not connect with VVDI MB . AVDI Will connect OBD.
I tried IM608 and same thing .

This is pin out I use:
12v = 5 and 15
Ground = 2
Can high = 41
Can Low = 54
and Put 120omh resistor between Can H and Can L.

OBD as usual:
12v = 16
Gorund = 4,5
Can high = 6
Can Low = 14

I type wrong i Was using Pin 15 for 12V.
2,4,6 are grounds and it does not matter which pin you use.
1.3.5 are 12V and same thing.

I am asking did anyone was able to do this ECU with VVDI MB?

I saw an old post 3yrs ago said renewed edc17cp46 with vvdimb.

Hi, Has anyone here used the xhorse key tool plus for ISM renew on a w212.

It says obd. Ive tried to read then times out after 5%

Should i buy the adaptor set for the bench

i made the adapters myself and always use the direct connection method

That is OBD, but not in car ODB.
In car will never success.

There is just 4 wires, I don't think need to order cable if you know the pinout.
Just + - CAN-H CAN-L
and not resistor is needed.

The layout is like that

| - + X CAN-H CAN-L )
-------------------------
(X) - no connection
