What i hope to remember is: 12V is sended to lock from UPC once car awakes (just openning a dor by the way). After UCH comunicates with lock, 12V from UPC is cuted and send from UCH until safety line send back 12V to UCH to prove lock is gone to unlock state.

Here is Google tranlation of french manual and picture of the same. Beware on picture numbers are not the lock PINS!

1.2.2 Unlocking / Locking the column lock:
    1 Column lock
    2 CAN
    3 Food
    4 Sensor Line
    5 Safety Line
a / Unlocking the column lock
Following authentication of the Renault card:
1 / The UCH sends a code to the electric column lock with the unlocking request on the multiplex network
(ET119 "UCH request to column lock").
2 / If the electric column lock recognizes the code, the column lock is unlocked and returns the unlocked state to
UCH (ET073 "Column lock sensor information").
3 / When the UCH receives the information "column lock unlocking completed", the UCH commands the relay + APC by
the UPC and the procedure continues.
The physical state of the column lock can be viewed by state ET072 "Column lock" and its learning is
can be viewed by status ET071 "Blank column lock".

a little bit tricky this esl system.i am already searching for an upc.
this info you posted help me a lot, hope soon i bring good news.

I understand your curiosity, but i did repair many electric locks without return and without test because the hardest is to open them without blow up of the small security locking pin. Once you test them, virgin is to do gain, without test this second time...

Otherwise, I've been enjoying your very good skill level for a while, Rafal!

Yes correct what you are saying, not necessary a test after virgin esl.
Many of my work is in the bench so I try to create this harness connections to simulate car,so with this process I can code new keys, code new esl etc etc and then ship the all kit to costumer fully working.
And yes I’m a bit curious how systems work, that’s the reason for create this connections.

    Ok,
I don't know how is the situation about Scénic- Mégane II/ Clio III in your country but here around me, there are so many cars going for scrapping that the price for the whole starting kits is going down and down (sometimes < 100€). People sell much better virgin parts than full kits.

same here, they prefer separated parts.the meaning of this is only for repair proposes.

Hi, I read with great interest this topic.
My scenic 2007 do not start and show the famous "turn steering wheel + start" dashboard message. The steering is not locked and I cannot communicate with the CAN bus with my ELM327 ...

So I have put the UCH on the table to power it alone, and try to communicate (I want to read errors code).
By using my documentation, I did exactly what you described, except the PE1 pin7 shorted to ground to wake up the UCH, and the 120 ohms CAN resistor !
I have used connector PE2 pin 6 (CAN H) and pin 16 (CAN L) (they are shorted on the pcb with pin 8 and 18, so it is the same) to connect it to my odb ELM327 Pin 6 and 14.
I have also connected ground and +12v to the ELM327 obd plug pin 4,5 et 16.

When I ground PE1 Pin 7, a component is shortly "singing" on the board, I think it is a coil, and the current consumption briefly increases to 500mA.
... but damned, I cannot communicate anymore.

If you have an idea (except to hit him with a hammer) I would greatly appreciate it.

Here is the bord and "the singing coil":
