To reprogram keys do you need pincode from BCM or from dash ? Or it's the same ???

If there from the same car, pin is the same

Edit : I have B389A-00 Enviroment Identification stored in BCM, what could be the problem ?

Dtc B389A-00 occurs after bcm change or unsuccessful programming ....
