Toyota Alphard 2003 ANH10 2AZ-FE All Key Lost

Good day.

Please can anyone help me with the dump file or virgin file for:
Toyota Alphard 2003 frame ANH10-0009759 Engine 2AZ-FE, Immobilizer integrated into engine ECU, 89661-58030 (Denso 275000-3911), EEPROM 93C86.
Attached is the Engine ECU Dump file 93C86

Please if can help me to place these 2 tiris transponders 4C into the dump file.
Key 1. 5C 71 44 A2
key 2. 4F E8 E5 0A

If ImmoOFF is possible, i prefeer Immo off Please.

Or can program the keys ID 4C.
Key 1. 7E 3A 8E 22 45 06 16 88 E0 7B E3 7E 00 00 (Tiris 5C 71 44 A2)
Key 2. 7E F2 17 A7 50 00 00 00 00 D0 4F 7E 00 00 (Tiris 4F E8 E5 0A)

is it a lost key situatiation or what ? did you diagnose the car ?

Yes key lost. Diagnosis indicates immobilizer malfunction.
