I have an original byteshooter mini, latest version, blue in colour. There are no modules or keys for this interface, i,ve never had any problem using various tune file suppliers, as mine is a master not a slave. Plus it depends on which tune file supplier you use, if they supply encryptef files or not. Some files i can open with winols others i cant, differences can be seen with decrypted files in winols.

New MINI (from KW10 / in 2006) is delivered with CAN.

well my bs can write from any file supplier not assigned to one master!
I,ve used this for the past 4 years and dont have a problem with writing from any supplier, not all suppliers encrypt their files.
Mine is a SEMI SLAVE.

is there also a way to open *.tun files? with this version it is not possible, wright?

unpack tun files is almost impossible.

with this crack it's impossible. In the Byteshooter.exe is a very hard encryption algorithm. Only way to get .tun opend is to know how the encryption works. I think, that the ID of the Master is used (perhaps only parts or byte swapped) as password. Other possibility would be...Load the .tun in byteshooter. then make a dump of ram. Extract the .bin file (must be in content of ram)

Why is this and how is it possible to wright also old *.pak and *.tun files?

hi....i have a byteshooter slave,its the thin blue one,its really great but problem is the company unlocks it when the counter journal runs out.problem is the company dont do it now as i dont have contact with them so when i want it resetting i dont know what to do.i have got 8 tune files left to write then its gonna be scrap unless i can unlock the counter....any ideas how to do it,apparently the counter can be set to -1 which means unlimited write but i need the password for it,thats the problem.any help would be appreciated,and help is needed fast

Wen you got a slave you need premisson from your master to unluck your tool i tinx you have to pay to.Normel is a BS master 50% expensif as a slave.

Wen you want to bay a BS master you need licens winols,ecm titanium,race2000,swiftec.this is on Byteshooter site:
(We reserve the right to check every request for a master unit. The company must proof that she is capable to create her own tuning files. This can be done with a valid license for a full version of one of the usual tuning software (e.g Winols, Digiview, Race2000 Pro). The documents must show that the requesting company and license owner are identical.)

Go to BS forem end send you rudelnummer to bernhard Foltz.He cane tell you ho has your master and what to do.

You need the info on the BS forem to for toolbox fuctions. on the forem the have nice pdf file,s from ecu and pin conections.

Wen i use the byteshooter 2.38 cracked of this forem oll moduls are unlocked but its so old there is no edc17.

i can share about 5 tuned files *.tun and same files but in open source format *.bin (can be open with winols)
if somebody can make one un-encrypt software please PM or i will post them there.
i have also one BS master.

i tested v.2.38 cracked of byteshooter.
i written one file EDC16 U1 into Skoda Octavia II 1.9 105 HP with my BS Master using 3.03 software version.
After i read the software with one BS mini Slave with 2.38 cracked software.
There was some little difference... so... it is not so well cracked that version. It was 99,975 identically, so not 100%.

And your BS is slave to Asxxxxx in UK?
