Default Renault trafic 2.0 dci 2007 injector removal???

Any thought on this as any fluid can be used around injector body as vehicle is still running but 1 or more injectors are going to need to be pulled as it's showing misfires under load but harness is ok

Oh and by the way if my post has been at all helpfull

Hi some people use coke(cola) to remove the built up carbon around the injector as it softens it also you will find one or two of the injectors seized
This is common on all Renault and Vauxhall vans there is an extractor you can get on flea bay ?40 but if it wont work you have get them pulled with a hydraulic puller(about ?50 each one) The injectors next to the drivers side tend to get a lot of water ingress
There was a recall on these motors to do with the injectors
    Hope this helps

Can also use brake fluid. Tryed to take one out 2 months ago very very hard to take out. I wield a bolt to the injector and use engine crane to lift it up the van. Left over night and still nothing lost me time. In nissan are the same prob

Hi i have just removed the 4 from my Renault Master same injectors i used a bit of square tube 3mil thick you have to cut a notch 25 millimetres wide and 30 millimetres long.Make sure your bit of square tube is tall enough to clear the solenoid. Then drill a 10 or 12mm hole in the top and insert a length of screwed rod with 2 nuts one each side to secure it.You can then put a heavy weight above it with a nut at the top and use it as a sliding hammer or get a bit steel bar with a hole in it.Then support the bar at both sides of the van not on the rocker.I used a couple of axle stand tops and put screwed rod through the bar and tighten slowly but try to move the injector by the pipe feed from side to side
It is better to break the injector yourself than pay someone ?50 each to break them as most of these guys are only interested in removing them not saving them
    Hope you get them out

pour wd40 or similar penetrating fluid arround the injector lots of it undo the hold down clamp bolts and let it run it will eventually come loose(it might take a couple of hours) ive done lots that way it wont go anywhere the pipe holds it down and you wont destroy anything in the process..

if they still wont move remove the fuel pipe. use a long 10mm punch to hit the side of the injector just below the threads where the fuel pipe bolts on to twist it slightly and break the seal then knock it back refit the pipe and run it again...

Hire someone in with proper tools/pullers. It's worth it in the long run. Just add cost to job. If bottom section of injector brakes off and stays in head you need a jig and milling tool. You can hire pullers but cheaper to get a man in a van.

Can't add cost to the job unfortunately it's my van but running it with wd40 floating around injectors if it still proves difficult my mate can borrow a pechler kit so will see when I try next week where I set a couple of days aside.
