    Default MAZDA 3 2004 1.6 HDI PSA ECU + DASH FAILURE

    HELLO CAR IS MAZDA 3 2004 1.6 HDI PSA ENGINE

    + NOT STARTING
    + INMO LIGHT ON.
    + KEYS ARE OK
    + SEEMS COMM PROBLEM BETWEEN ECU AND DASHBOARD.

    ENGINE ECU PCM

    0281 011 534 4M61 - 12A650 - AC
    95160 INSIDE

    DIAG Shows errors: p1602, u0073

    DASHBOARD

    4T BN9J A 93C56 inside

    DIAG shows errors: u2516, u2510


    Have checked all wiring between, and all are ok.

    I upload dumps, I am thinking, perhaps someone can check my dumps....or even repair it.

    Any other suggest will be great, I have even disconnected almost all ecus....radio, a/c and so on....so CAN line is not disturbed, but no luck.

    Hi! Need write new chip in dash dump. Then write dumps in blocks.

    Hi
    You must take second hand dash.
    Then make module initialisation with avdi (erase ptas and learn 2 key)
    Ecu and dash will synchronised automatically.

    My friend 3 month before i had same issue with lost ecu on mazda 3
    i put used ecu and procedure worked:
    Last month I made same procedure on ford fiesta and it also worked with bosch edc16 ecu.
    Even VIN was different on dash and ECU the car was starting fine.
