You can't clone an id46 from data stored in a database, for cloning id 46, you always need a working key and the car

I have car and second (working) key
But when i buy transponder from shop, those are empty.....So HOW i can learn this 'empty' transponder to the car if its not possible to clone ?
Or is it the CAR what will 'program' this empty transponder ?

Or when you buy transponder; those are filled with data ? And this data need to be teached-in to the car with working key + PIN ?

    Thanks in advance

For CLONING 7936 you must have TPX 4 chip, not other 7936,and cloning tools like TRS 5000 or EVO.

So when i buy a 7936, it is already filled with data - and this filled chip need to be teached in to the car. Correct ?
or is every new 7936 'empty' ?

    Understand M-H, thanks...

    Next question :

Are there also transponderchips what are empty (and the car will tell to the chip : "here is data and please like it"
    OR
they alwyas contain pre-programmed data from the chip-manufacturer ?
