Citroen C4 Picasso wipers fault

Hello,

I need help with faulty working windscreen wipers on Citroen C4 Picasso 2008. There are 2 seperate motors. Driver's wiper moves something, but passenger just stands in primary position.
I disassembled all and didn't find what is causing fault. Also took apart motors.

Did anybody have same problem with C4 Picasso? Please help how can be solved.
Can anything be done with DiagBox or Lexia?

Stupid idea, i know because i did one a while ago. I had to replace left motor. If one goes down none will work. If you disconnect one, other stops working. Bench test is the only way. And there very expensive, and handed.

You think that one motor is dead and must be replaced? Any advise how to test?

Here is picture of PCB, what can cause problem? Can be anything tested?

Put mosfet across battery, blow hole in it, show customer & say

"its fkucjed you need a new one, might be something that caused it"

or

remive a component off the board to disable it
say to chstomer, needs new, then you can "prove" its faulty
