Default Peugeot 1.4hdi EDC16C34 - DTC P1160 AIR FLOW plausibility

I'm working on remapping a tiny 1.4hdi with bigger turbo and intercooler. Goal is at least 125HP and over 250Nm.
Everything is OK, the power is present, but when upping turbo pressure to ~1.3bar to clear the smoke it throws DTC P1160 - Air Flow not plausible, with over 900mg/cp.
Is there a single value for max air flow, or a plausibility map?
I've tried comparing with 1.6 110HP software but without results.
    Thank you for any hints.

EGR is off and completely removed.
    No air leaks.
With stock turbo, no problem with 1.4bar. With bigger turbo no problem with 1.2bar and airflow under 900mg/cp

I think i just found the culprit !
There is a 12x1 Max plausible air mass map.
