Hello
This car is very few in my country, hence need assistance in programming new card (bought from dealer) via obd.
This job doesnt pay well or worth to read UCH or BCM, hence please tell me if there is a way to program key via obd( also to pull pin via obd if required)
PS: doesnt own CAN clip

The fnr 4-1 tool is a good tool for this. It does not requirer a pin code.
It is a very easy to use tool, there should be some demos on youtube.

Both device above can programme Scenic, Megane 2 without pincode.
But FNR 4 in 1 is my choice. 1mn job done.

I'm using original but i think M8 does this for sure also...
