Default GMC ACADIA 2009 PCM REPLACEMENT

I have a car acadia 2009 which requires pcm replacement. After pcm replacement, how to reprogam keys back to system? does it require dealer equipment?

All GM product made in the USA (key program is on board programming) 3X10min.
    1. Turn ignition to "ON" (security light will blink for 10min. then stop).
    2. Turn ignition to OFF & back to "ON" (for second 10min. Light will blink for 10min. then stop.
    3. Turn OFF then back to " ON" (3rd 10min. Same thing happen as above)
    4. Turn off the ignition START car.

    IMPORTANT NOTE:
Canadian made GM ignition must be turn to the run then release to the off. Also light does not turn off at all til the key is program.
some GM rental cars and van have a 3 X 6min.

thanks ray-ray, just to be prepared for the work when the car arrives tomorrow...

A simple key programming would suffice? any other programming or synchronization or reflashing to be done in this models??

Also no harm in programming keys via obd?( have less patience to wait 30 mins when you can do it 12 min via obd)

CK100 has a short program on many GM vehicles, but not all. For example 2006 Buick, Thursday, did in about 12 minutes. B111PT key.

Your going to need a GM tech2 (vin, mileage, immo.) must be imputed into the donor Ecu. My friend GMC VAN 2006 had a bad computer he bought a reman Ecu that needed to go the stealer for programming. He's van was a non transponder but vin mismatch won't start the car.

for those vehicle, when you replace ecm, you should use TIS2WEB with either a J2534, tech2 or MDI.
you go into SPS, select your interface, choose replace and program ecu.
follow on screen prompt, select PCM in list, input new VIN manually when showing the ecm's VIN, choose right option if needed, than start reprogramming ecm.
after programming, IGN off (30 sec) IGN on, and select continue with same VIN.
than choose learn VTD in list and follow on screen instruction.
should take 10-12 min and you turn IGN off for 5sec than ON and start.
erase all DTCs, job done. about 30 minutes job to do it properly.

    hope it helps! regards
