renault dialogys help

Hi
I have installed dialogys 3.74 and it works fine after a very lengthy install but 2 problems
1st I get no images displayed in any of the service manuals only the text and the image box but it is empty except for a small icon in the upper left corner.

2nd The vin lookup doesnt seem to work just get told that its unable to connect to actis database or something.

Any help would be greatly appreciated

worked out the images problem for service manuals.
the images folder in english was empty so I copied the images contents from the russian folder and hey presto its working now.

Still really need help with the vin lookup though please.
actual error is unable to connect to world database???

I may be wrong but think vin lookup will only work if you are connected to dealer intranet

which version are you using and how many discs where installed?

Correct 100% and via BVM Tool-Option!!!

CD0 says 6.31
CD1 = 3.69
CD2 = 3.69
CD3 = 3.69
Then goes to CD8,9,10,11,12,13,14,15 all 3.69

Is it possible because some are missing and or wrong base CD?

Can anyone help with links for a good version that works or a fix for this version?

I have just installed version 3.84 base cd and 4 data discs, still can't find how to see workshop manuals!

Maybe it is something I'm doing wrong.

Can anyone help with instructions on how to give me an example, that should work?

I found the problem, it was the EN data folder was missing. The versions I had only contained the data folder in Russian.
The only way it worked for me properly was to install version 3.84 base programme and installed the data from version 3.82
Everything worked fine.
Hope this helps anyone else.
