alternative to alsat

hi does anyone know where else i can look to get the latest files,patches etc for my new technomate tm 600 other than the alsat forum.
i forgot the alsat password and despite 30 requests for new passwords to be emailed and even reregistering under 2 new email addresses and even sending begging emails as a guest to the moderators i have never got any reply.
have also rang the shop with no success, anoying has i bought my motorised system off them with a current (3rd year now) subscription to supersport.
