multidiag pro +

Hi all
got multidiag pro+ installed software 2013 R3 as i have the activator.hardware test say's( attempting to load ftd2xx.dll ) c:\\program files\delphi diagnostic\DS150E New VCD. i do get the hardware test passed,firmware update fails,says failed to load FTD2XX.DLL are the FTDI drivers installed . iv done a clean install on window xp windows 7 windows 10 still no joy.any one had the same kind of problem.

any body got any idea what could cause this as the driver are installed.update hangs right at the end thanks

well i have to admit defeat tried everything i can think of an still cant get it to load firmware update so paper wait it is

is it working on a car ?
i see that its on 1423, which sounds about right for the older 2013.r3 version !?
might even be because going older that 1423 wont work, and 2013r3 needs oldder firmware than 1423 ??
also you using decent USB ? or via bluetooth ? ..
