No need serial number run
first "1. Setup.reg"
secondly "2. Setup.exe"
after must to connect the usb interface 59f decoder with power supply 12v (without no run)
and is ready for use.

Is this working with windows 7 or 10?And if so where are drivers?A and is this working with crakered hadware?
