    Default 2012 Ford F-150 AIR BAG light on need help

    2012 Ford F-150 AIR BAG light on
    car came from other shop they replaced RCM module
    but same problem stays
    Error U3000 4A-8B
    vin: 1FTFW1ET7CFC58129

    see data in attachment


    When I disconnect OPDS that code U3000 4A-8B disappear
    only U0154 00-0A comes
    is that OPDS can be faulty?

    my as built data from ford is like this
    RCM 737-01-01 3146 5446 57A8
    RCM 737-01-02 3145 5437 4385
    RCM 737-01-03 4643 3538 3169
    RCM 737-01-04 3239 AE
    RCM 737-02-01 C76E 0400 7A

    why forscan shows more options like
    737-03-01 0F51
    737-04-01 c003
    737-05-01 FFFF 42

    sorry for stupid question but i dont work with fords on daily basis

    read opds it should be processor 9s12...128
    post opds part number and dump

    I would inspect plugs to the OPDS unit. Make sure those are ok... have seen couple posts before about U3000 and issues with connectors

    you have proper calibration maybe your tool its the one with issues or its design for foreign country ?
    once you calibrate the rcm should recognize all the circuits
    A question that sometimes drives me hazy: am I or are the others crazy?

    I think OCSM might be damage , car seats are not original on this car ,
    they came from other F-150

    if it is a new RCM you have configure to the vehicle unless it is a used (new) RCM
