Ecu have 3 dtc (about igniters), battery igniter bypassed.
Power steering is shuted off (6351360 - Crash Shut-Down Activated
P1609 00 [009] - -

So is there a way to reset crash data with VCDS and how, or is better to use old school methods ?

Just reset it with vcds.

So correct me if i'm wrong, in new airbag modules like mine i have 3 crash resets, and after that module is locked (95320 hw reset via re-write).
Process of reseting data is: First i need to fix (or bypass) all the blown tensioners/squibs, and clear dtc, and after that Power steering will be ok ? No can message for crash?

Read all modules and clear dtc and all will be fine or use this file.

Today i've tested it. Cleared all modules but i'm getting a checksum error, and module "cannot get acknowledge" to clear airbag dtc...
Now i'm trying different methods, i will post later results.
