Citroen SEDRE problem

I have just installed Citroen service back up & SEDRE. Its on a Windows 7 64 bit machine.
The doc backup program is working perfectly but im having an issue with SEDRE.
It appears to have installed ok & starts up, I can select a vehicle but when I try to open a diagram I just get a The file xxxxxx.svgz is not available screen.
I've done a fair bit of googgling on this & there are loads of different problems but I cant find this one anywhere.
Any one have any ideas ?

install svg viewer from left toolbar and use IE 8 cheers

Thanks for the reply. I have already installed SVG viewer but are you saying it wont work with anything after IE 8?
