Default Husqvarna Nuda 900 Immo EWS Issue

    Hi everybody,
After an attempt to start my bike in cold weather and low battery, bike is stuck with the message EWS in the dashboard.
I pass the first details of the diag but battery, relays, fuses, antenna ring OK
I have a cable K + DCAN OBD USB and software Rheingold ISTA/D, ISTA/P V3.55 and other standard tools 2.12.
With ISTA/D I was able to recover the error codes that were:
009324 KOMBI: Undertension ==> Corresponds to the low voltage of the battery at the time of the worries.
00E509 Instrument panel: CAN message (from the DME) missing

I was able to erase the error codes and none returned. I first thought (not excluded yet) that the DME had taken a blow of juice apparently possible when we insist on the starter. But I can enter the functions of the DME and for example start the fan. I also have test to disconnect the ring antenna and I immediately get an error message which I can erase.

Wanting to see the info of the keys I launched ISTA/P and after scan I get the message. "Problem with EWS. (KOMBI) is not configured correctly (No key has been learned) It is therefore not possible to guarantee correct processing with ISTA/P. Contact BMW Motorrad for further information)

I read on other threat that keys data are stored in Dash: 25C160
    Several questions:
    - Is it possible that nothing is "burnt" but that all keys have been erased from memory?
    - Is it possible that a component is burnt? If yes in the DME or the KOMBI?
    - In ISTA/D all info is not present, VIN, mileage, color code ... OK; But for engine, gearbox ... there is written Unavailable. Is this normal?

PS: Another rider has a similar problem with the same motorcycle and took him to the Husqy / KTM concess. Their answer: We will change the DME, it will cost 1200 ? and 10 weeks of waiting.

Sorry for long story and thank you for your help

Yes I know it can be risky but because BMW sale the brand to KTM. The only answer is:
"We don't know what's the problem. We'll order a new ECU for 1200€ and 10 weeks waiting"

And if the problem is in the KOMBI that'll no work...

Juste to be sure. Is it possible that the eeprom has been erase or corrupted by attempting to start the bike several times in few secondes/minutes with low battery?

I can't find any info about the DME/EWS Alignement on this bike if there is any to do. Nothing in ISTA/D as for cars or R1200 bike.
maybe Synchro is back to "0" when battery is removed for enough time and then it's not required to do an alignement with software.

Maybe we can have the answer if someone know the procedure to replace the dash? (Should be similar on Husqvarna Nuda, Terra, BMW C600 & C650)
When replacement dash ordered to factory is it configured and plug&play?
If I buy used Dash with associate keys will it be plug&play?
i'll try to answer that before going further with eeprom.

    Thanks again for your help

Edit: If someone has a good tutorial to read eeprom with raspberry it will be great.

I opened the dash and the eeprom is a microchip 25L160BE.
Just to be sure is it the same as 25LC160?

I know and I'm feeling bad but But what can I do?
    I have a 6000€ bike that doesn't start.

i tried to contact garage and here are the answer:
    BMW: "Not our Problem".
KTM says: "We can't help you"
Husky says: "We can't help you"

I changed the battery, checked Relai connector and transponder Antenna. I did scan and test with Ista.
So I have no choice now. I need to try and ask questions (maybe dumb) to learn and understand.

I did read a lot of forums, sites, watch videos. If you have more please give me links. I'll be happy to read more.

Once Again, thank you for helping. really appreciate as I'm feeling quite lonely.
