    Default Opel Insignia 1.6T [A16LET] no power after engine swap..

    Hello. I have Opel Insignia 2009 A16LET after engine swap in previous shop, they can't find no power issue. I logged engine under load, 5th gear (has 6), from 50km/h with gas pedal in floor... turbine "lights" after few minutes of driving - so hot. MAF signal high, turbine make 0,8..1,2 boost, after cat disconnect no difference...

    This is the current topic for me in 2022.10.

    the problem is no ecu error, but i using some ecu data to solve wrong ecu managment. I borrow MDI but now i can't show that data

    Hello guys, problem solved. It was magnetic ring on crankshaft from Astra, because engine was a from Astra to Insignia. But Ecu remain from Insignia. There is a difference between crank ring Insignia A16LET and Astra A16PET. That difference is TDC mark is three tooths shift. I have photo with compared this rings, also their numbers different, '781' and '780'. Unfortunately i don't make oscilloscope screenshot in good set, but i made logs, which i public soon.

    This picture shows how the magnets are set when two rings are in the same position. 3 tooths mean 18 degrees if I good understand... Next time I show good logs with fault comparison.

    Hello
    I have the same problem - did you replace only the pulse generator on the shaft? 55555803 / 55574780 did you also have to replace the camshaft ?

    I have the same problem as you had. Swapped the engine on my insignia A16LET with Astra engine. I have no power and turbo red. I also have error P0344. Could you please tell how you solved the problem. Thank you.
