yeah, bad dump, no PIN, no VIN, only mileage 131479, you need to read PIN from ECU and recode BSI with PP2000, best is to use virgin dump for HC912

Is correct, This car does not start ...... the key blinks.
I have read this flash well, you can make virgin for this bsi file.
