Range Rover Sport " no engine restarts possible"

Range Rover Sport 2016 year.Engine 3.0D TDV6. The owner had ignored warnings about the lack of AdBlue.
He stopped at the pump to reach diesel and shut down the engine.After that, the engine will not start.
The display message appeared " no engine restarts possible".He filled the container with adblue but the
message is still present and the engine will not start.
How restarted the engine.Where and how should reset the amount of AdBlue.

You have to do it with diagnosis compatible with land rover, settings section
