Yeah tool need internet connection to work. It useless when no internet connection

thanks friend... one other ques pls.. for example can i use it for w211 2005 year key, if the server close or busy... internet connection is enough or the server must be open? does it need connect to server for only bga password?? because i read some comments, server always busy or close... my english is bad, can u understand my question?

It work almost FBS3 CAN system, add or key lost.

Only Kline cannot do akl, need read with programmer the ezs.

For making the job with this, internet and their server need work.

I think that I understand your question.
Just to calculate the passwords and key files you need an internet connection.
My previous experience is that the server is always online.

I tried to activate device through my seller but haven't heard back yet even though its been a few days. I tried to activate through "anna" but that was a waste of time. Horrbile customer service that is for sure

Power must be over 12V in my case about 12.30V
