Default opel astra h z16xep can bus faliure

    Hi everybody !

I would like to help you if you have Can bus problem with OPEL ASTRA H Z16XEP.
I had to check what is this problem on this problemable car. The car stopped during driving or engine running and after has to wait 30secs to start again( ECM relay switched off) . The problem came after ignition coil and starter motor changing. I readed with my OP-COM the DTCs. 13 error codes came every time. The ignition coil was Delphi . I changed for another marked coil(Hüco) Then the problem was rarer. But the problem was still alive. I checked all the earth points.Every points were OK. Then I started to check the starter motor location.Starter motor eart wire was OK. But there is a plate with to earth point near the starter on the side of engine with 2 screw connection. There is a black consol before that with to screw connection. The lower screw is common for the console and the earth plate. You have to take it off for starter changing. The console and the screws were OK but under the lower screw there was rost and there was black paint on the consol on the screw location. So I took off all the earth points, cleaning andback to the console. I tried to clean the black consol but the problem stayed. Then I made an earth cable between the earth plate and the starter earth point. The problem gone. Then I started a probe driving. I went 70km with fasting, slowling , turns (because electric servo power consumption). The problem didn't came back.
