Default kia sportage 2crdi problem after dpf off p2002

hi we had a kia in for dpf off
after we install tuned map and dpf off file
    edc16 ecu
we have strange code p2002 we clear and then reappears light on dash no limp mode
we then put orig map on and try to do a dpf replace procedure with diagnostics and all diag tools fail,
    snapon launch and Delphi,
so we cant do a dpf replace procedure,

only thing will say is mechanic damaged the dpf sensor after we nocked out dpf,

any idea ? the mod should have p2002 disbled yet still we have a light and this code
think maybe we need to replace the sensor ? to allow replace procedure

    help anyone cheers
