    Question Lexia 3 - update BSI ?

    Hi there!
    Can someone assist me how can i update BSI (ECU) ?
    How can i download new BSI? From where?
    I have Lexia 3 but i cannot download from regular citroen site 'cause of proxy restriction ...

    I got Citroen C8 2.2 HDI 2003

    Any ideas? References?

    hi ref your soft wear download . why do you need to up date your bsi soft ???
    dont forget you can up date from your lexia not only internet download to up date , and dont forget you will require your transponder code also or you will be unable to code your key and plips . good luck

    You can update your BSI only from Citroen-ACTIA server,you have not server permission because you diagnostic tool is not orginal tool!You can try manual configuration!

    Every PSA car have individual data in BSI, because you have VIN,PIN alarm code .... Only way if you havn`t orginal diagnostic tool is make BSI "virgin" and then manual configuration!For "virgin" file you must know eprom is inside BSI (95160,HC912...).Regards

    which correct:
    Improvement in battery monitoring and increase in sound level if headlamps left on.
    and sw 1E0A:
    Fuel sender law / "emission control problem" display when starting the engine / electric window and door mirror RH side / External air temperature.

    Caution:
    be sure your car battery it is charged and car is not in economic mode.
