Jaguar X-Type 2.5 gasoline 2005 model Security Failed

Hello mates

I have this X-Type that has Security Failed on dash and no crank at all !

With Autel i don't see any DTC related to Immo. I have tried Focom and Ford VCM but no communication with this car...

I have taken cluster out and read 9S12 and i see that keys are programmed ok !

So i guess that the synchronization between ecu and Cluster is broken...! Can someone make synchro on this car?

Ecu has 2 x 93c86 and cluster has 9S12 mcu inside. Can someone help please ?

For swap need JLR or any tool where have same sulution for ecu swap.

i used maxisys and learned immo back in special functions
worked like a boss

I have tried this function friend...! But I keep on getting the "security access failed" on my Maxisys....

I have updates on the matter....

I have the Jaguar Sdd diagnostic on my store now..... I have reprogrammed the immo but still same thing. Security failed and I keep on getting code B2301 code 12 saying about antenna not connected!

I have tried another antenna and check3d the wiring from the antenna to the cluster but all ok ! Any suggestions on what to do ?

I'm going crazy with this one ....
