    Default Polish tv on Hotbird/Astra

Hi, Need a bit of help & advice. Got a 5400 CI+ USB + Super, Monoblock & recieving Hotbird 13E & Astra 19E. What I'd like to know is will the patch and softcam open up the Polish channels ? eg. Polsat. Any help would be most welcome.
