Default CH341A programmer possible to read 95160 Eeprom ?

I have a CH341A programmer. Is it possible to read and write content of the 95160 eeprom in order to do immo off ? I guess in version 1.29 of the programmer software reading of the 95160 should be possible but I am not sure.

The answer is: It works. You have to install firmware version 1.30 and choose 25LC160.

Bumping this old thread with corrections, since Google finds this thread.

You can use 95xxx , but you must 5 volt-mod the CH341A. Just add a jumper between 3.3V and 5V. Black edition: that's the two pins closest to the 25xx printed diagram. The 3.3V regulator does not blow up from this.

You can also use 93xxx chips, but you need to do a simple wire mod. See this video https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=hPKckby54uA

Then use NeoProgrammer 2.2.0.10 or AsProgrammer 2.1.0.13 (tested versions)
These apps have 93xxx and 95xxx chips already listed.

I did desolder the 95160 chip. I don't know if this is necessary.
