Seat Altea 1.9 TDI PD BXE 105bhp stage1 tuning

Maybe someone could send stage1 tuned file or a similar file to this already tuned? ECU MPC562MZP56 BOSCH 0281013282. Maybe someone has got similar file but as full BDM dump?
This was read with KessV2 through OBD. Something around 140bhp? Which maps would be necessary to alter?

Hi, I would like to increase the power from 105 to 140 HP, in Altea XL 2007, maybe someone has a similar file, checked?

File is perfect, only managed to test it now, no problems with a car so far.

I have made spare ECU, it supposedly has newer software/hardware, runs on the same car.
Could someone tune this file to say 153bhp or whatever is a safe level for factory engine, without upgrading injectors etc?
