Default CLONING SID 208 ON A FORD TRANSIT

Hi I need to clone a SID 208 on a FORD TRANSIT 2011 model.
Ori ecu has water damage but still alive, and I have read it with ktag already .I am willing to pay for a working solution.
    Thank you.

No it’s not at like that at all ,It’s a tricore with no external flash and unique data for each ecu that need some trick to be done .Iknow there are people that can do it so that’s what I’m asking to learn.

Few Months ago have Customer with same problem with SID208 Ford Transit 2010 or 2011
He buy ssecond hand ecu with same Partnumber and i cloned ECU.
Read old data and write complete to new "second hand ECU"

For ma was working fine with Ktag ;-)

Hey. Now give this ECU to your colleague, let him try to read it with his equipment. No one else will read this ECU. So wrong.

Hey. For cloning of such blocks I use a pcmflasher, for it I have an instruction. You can also do this procedure, but if you do it like that, then no one else except you can read this block-write. If you do it right, you need to transfer the password from the original ECU to the donor's flush.
Try to install the program Ktag on another computer and read this ECU.

Hi, maybe somebody can help me with this problem

    I have 2 ford transit 2014 ecu SID 208

one of my friends try to clone this ecu wih China Ktag but he was not able to start the car after cloning. All went ok when reading original and writing into donor ecu bur car NOT starting

He send the ecu to me to try wih different machine VF2 flasher or EU 7.020 KTAG.
But donor ecu has been already written and now i am not able to read or write it anymore.

There is any solution to this?
    Should i try different tool?

    Error message is regarding
    MICRO PROTECTION FAILED

    Any advice, much appreciated.

    Thanks
