Default 2003 corsa c no speedo

hi guys ..anyone have a heads up on this fault ?
this corsa has no speedo needle movement at all when driving
it does move when you use op-com actuator
also it does get a speed output on live data when driven
but the speedo will move at stationary when revved ?
the code i got was p0500
    any ideas ?
    cheers ....

sounds like the clocks are fcuked, comm feature on this car, and many modern ones!

Remove the speedo head, behind it you will see a 'locator' remove this, feed to nearest dog you don't like, then use some smegma or smurf shit etc to 'glue' the plug into the dash.

Guess MIL not on, suggesting sender is ok.

Common fault, connector for dash is fixed, and instrument pod has connector on back these push together when the dash is screwed in.
the Vauxhall fix is some double sided foam tape and contact grease, the tape is use to make the connector push further into the instruments.
I usually clean the connectors and use a couple of small cable ties between the connector and the support that it's mounted on.
I think it will be a bit more obvious when you remove the dash.
A quick test to see if this is the problem is to push the instruments quite hard in the middle and see if this cures the faults.

    Default Codes

    Link for codes:

OBD-II Check Engine Light Trouble Codes

In some cars work with abs sensors.
Sensor from left front -- abs module-- ECU, instruments.
You must see wire diagram of your car (diesel, gasoline)

    "no speedo needle movement"

Run car and see if the total Km indicator run,if so maybe instrument panel damage.

    Regards

Are you refering to the acutual plug on the speedo head or another fault elsewhere?

Can You get working speedo in actuator tests and is it reading vehicle speed in actual values on road test?

as you scream louder the car goes faster the more you scream, so the volume on the radio automataically goes louder when oyu scream and go faster.

    blue/red by any chance
