Dear all,
I would like to program new keycards for my Renault Espace IV JK 2005 Phase 1. I already went through all the 50+ pages of this thread, but the solution is still unclear to me. This is my story:

I bought four blank keycards with PCF 7947 and a blue cable 1.52 from Aliexpress which included the software.

ELS27Baudrate.exe tells s/n 113010872966, firmware version STN1130 v4.0.1. Apparently, it is one of the numbers which are blacklisted at least in future software versions as far as I understand the blog here.

Unfortunately, the cd was so bended that I was not able to read it with my computer. The seller provided me with a download link to rar file which included a subdirectory „OBDLink SX 2018“ with a renolink.exe and a renolink.dat file, besides the two driver installation routines and the installation video. When I had the time to move on, I noticed that the rar file did not include the renolink_setup3.exe file. So I downloaded it from mega_nz based on a link I found in this post, file was OBDlink SX se143.iso, and used the setup program renolink_setup3.exe in there. On my Windows 10 PC, file size is 77.294 kB.
After the initial installation, the message bar says: "Interface not connected Diagnostic not running". Changes in latency or baudrate adjustment with ifprep2.exe yield the same results.

Then I replaced the renolink.exe and the renolink.dat files in C:\Program Files (x86)\RenOLink with the ones provided by the seller.
If I keep the baudrate at 115k, use latency 1 or 16ms, start the application, the message bar on the bottom says:
„Interface connected Diagnostic not running KWP2000 FastInit MonoPoint @ 10400 bps UCBIC/BFR“
Then, if I hit the connect button, the message box says:
Trying to connect…
Error: Invalid interface
Diagnostic stopped

Using some other renolink.exe shows the same message bar:
„Interface connected Diagnostic not running KWP2000 FastInit MonoPoint @ 10400 bps UCBIC/BFR“
And then, when I try to connect, in the message box:
Trying to connect...
Error: BUS INIT: FB ERROR
Disconnected
Diagnostic stopped

If I use ifprep2.exe, I can switch the baudrate from 115k to 1M, but then the interface does not even connect.

Both renolink.exe files show version 1.52.

I have also tried to analyze the renolink.dat file. Apparently it is a zip or rar file which contains two text files: ws.txt and output.txt. Of course, the access to these files is secured with a password which I do not know.

Since the two weeks dispute time on Aliexpress is over, the seller does not respond any more to my inquiries, which is very sad.

By the way, I also have a chinese CAN Clip interface which works flawlessly.

I also do know French pretty well and have a download copy of „Tuto RenOLink par nowen.pdf“, which seems to be a manual in French in accordance with GabiGafu.

Could anyone please guide me to a working solution, preferably with a minimum amount of further financial investment? It seems like all I need is a renolink.exe version which works with the blue cable with this serial number, and a compatible renolink.dat file as well. In the meantime, I have so many different versions downloaded that I am really losing control of what was from where. So preferably I do restart with some guidance from you, if possible.

My car is from 2005, so there is no need for latest databases. And all I would like to do is code some keycards. I have already tried to solder the coil of the broken cards, but to no avail.

Przewiń do tyłu wątek i znajdź mój wpis z Renolink 1.49. Działa z czerwonym Obd Link. Nie wiem czy z niebieskim. Dodałem tym programem karty do Espace IV PH 2 2006 r. Msksymalna ilość kart to 3.
