psa edc16c34 repair

HI, i have already changed 3 of edc16c34 ford-psa with same problem
NO CAN COMMUNICATION FROM OBD or PINOUT .
in bdm all OK ,I CAN read and write
no short , power consumation OK like good ecu
have you any experince with can lines?

i have tried to change 30622 ic in the corner with new , but with new , ecu not turn on
repalced with old and stil power on and bdm commiucation. is it preprogrammed (there is a little oscillator near)?
i hope can you help more.
