BMW FRMIII F10 help for repair

I need to repair this module FRM III for bmw f10 D-Flash to eep seems to be not compatible

The numeration of the frm is 61.35-9 251975.9.01

You must have VVDI Prog for this to work.

It seems that the F-series FRMIII is using completely different software as the E-series. Also, the case looks very different and the F-series can have one more connector.

Was the d-flash partition table corrupt, or could you just read it?
My guess is that the F-series don't use the emulated eeprom and hence don't suffer from the same issue. What what the initial problem?

Edit: Also, the F-series FRMIII is made by Temic in Germany, while the E-series FRM3 is made by Lear in USA.

i have also an FRM 3 F10 with no response on diagnosic requests after longer battery disconnect.
Time will tell if we see some others pop's up with the same problem.
I am wondering if Temic (Continental) have the same problem with their Firmware on the new FRM.

Regarding the EEprom, they need to have to use the emulated eeprom (DFlash), because the mcu MC9S12XET512 don't have a true eeprom.

I will look if am find time to make an dump of the broken unit.

They don't need to use the emulated eeprom at all. They can just use D-flash directly. There is nothing magic about the eeprom emulation that can't be done in software.

Edit: In fact, if you open the D-Flash image you can read the VIN in plaintext. This proves that they use the D-Flash directly.

Edit2: Maybe you just need to allocate all sectors to D-Flash and write the image back that you've read.

How to repair f series frm? d-flash read is 32kb 128sectors, and eeprom is empty... anybody?

or I need good dumps from 61.35-9 345 377.9.01

What is the problem that you are trying to fix? How did it happen?

Did you try partition D-flash again and write same dump back?

Now after some testing I know more, problem in this case is low beam lamp module. I have read d-flash, then discovered nothing to repair. Vin visible. Put back module to car - it works all lights etc. Diagnosis to frm ok. After few minutes all dead again. Took out frm again, read d-flash, put back to car all works. So client need to change lamp module first.

my module is 61.35-9313933.9.01 temic

could some1 help me to repair it or got a good dflash.. windows not working..
