Ford Mondeo MK3 immo key learning

Hi, I have in my garage a Ford Mondeo MK3 2002 2.0TDCI. Problem is immo light due to flat battery.

This car have Delphi ECU black plug with immo in 95320. I read ecu with BDM Ktag but my VVD2 can´t do this job.

So what is the best solution for program keys in this system? Tried also FVDI but not work because I need J1850 adapter... So I don´t know what to do now.
