Bosch VP30 VP44 injection pump repair solution

Hello, can someone please help me, I have tried to replace the faulty transistor, but still faced with the same problem P1631 P1651. I cannot solder the new transistor to old area, the solder will not stick, I have tried many different combinations of solder and flux always the same problem, please can someone help me with the solder and flux?

Good day to all! I have some questions: Can somebody answer about PSG5 5E error reasons more concretley? That wrong or happens?
I have eps 815 and vpm 844. I dont understand the reasons when this error appears. Some times it single, some times
comes with other erors? for example 59 bip or 55 fuel temp sensor. Its easy deleted and pump can compleate all tests, but
after all test ends - it appears again.
another question - anybody know about fuel temperature sensor in left corner of PCB (Model, type, number or any information). I have PSG5 with died temp
sensor and i want to change it.
Interest what element on board drives timer control valve?

Hello, firned of mine asked if i could help him with PSG5 module.
5V stabilizer works fine, mosfet tested with DMM seems OK, but im worried about two bubbles on the corners, did the chip unsoldered itself?
RPM sensor is fine

You can try to pull up transistor very gently with tweezers or with toothpick underneath ,if it lifts you are lucky ,it is easiest repair on this pump

Vp44 psg5 after replaced mosfet P1608 watchdog error
replaced 5V voltage regulator but after 1min voltage drops from 5V to 2.5V and l7805 regulator is very hot
no voltage at mosfet pins also
any idea what to check now? Any schematic diagram for this module?

somebody know what kind of element is this on attachment picture? Transistor or diode? Both wires are shorted to gnd

Mosfet. Questiin: between 7805 gnd and 5v output is a short-circuit?

no friend short circuit is between 2 pins of this (for me) unknown element near irlr2905 mosfet (inside purple circle on first picture)
output voltage from 7805 regulator drops after 10-20 seconds from 5V to 1.5V and regulator become very hot
i cannot detect any voltage (0.2V) on irlr2905 gate mosfet pin

problem finally found

IC near regulator coused voltage drop becouse i accidently shorted and cut off few wires with which IC is connected to board pins (wires are very tiny and soft)
i will never again repair this without microscope
i hope i will be able to solder pins and maybe IC survived

Hello there, i need your opinion because i've one opel Frontera 2.2 DTi of 2000. And the car don't start. The error code was p1630. But now when e remove the pump i see a strange thing. When remove the protection of wires, the two "black" wires are not black because the rubber protection was destroid. Can this burn some sensor?? Or just have error?? I need to repair the mosfet transistor or not?

Can someone please help me, I have swapped out two different transistors on two different boards, both come up with the same error. All the solder points look good, I've uploaded photos, I used 2905 transistors
