Default CHEVROLET CRUZE 2011 NEW TCM, PROGRAMMING ERROR

Dear Friends. I have a 2011 Chevrolet Cruze which has problems with the TCM, the customer bought a new TCM and after entering programming, almost at the end I got an error that can be seen in the image. now this TCM has no communication with the scanner. Would there be any solution to try to program this TCM again?
I appreciate your comment and help.

I understand friend, this happened because the programming of the automatic transmission ecu was not completed correctly. This problem happens because at the moment of making checks with the ABS or the ecu of the motor there is no coincidence in the hardware. Now that you have stopped communicating the module with the scanner, it is because the base software is corrupt and you can only restore it by uploading a new information connected to it on bench. can you watch the video

there must be some other tool that can help you in this case and you can load the software again and so you can communicate again with the scanner.

I have searched for that Tool that you say in the Video, but it is no longer available for sale. Is there any other tool that can read and write this TCM?

Ya me tocó ver un caso así, curiosamente solo pasa con las TCM compradas en China por Alibaba o AliExpress. Como que los chinos las virginizan mal porque quedan con un VIN raro que el SPS no puede editar.
