Ford Scorpio EEC-V immo off

Hi I need immo off for ford scorpio 2.9 v 6 24v 1996
other option is all key lost solution but I dont have experience with key , can someone tell me please step for step procedure
what type of transponder do I need ?
where is stored pincode ? en programming procedure


p.s. I dont see TMS 28pins chip on board

If i remember , the immo is located on the chip on the left of the photo , you got to bridge two pins ( no remeber pins ....)
If you need to make the keys , you need a tool that kan put the system in time access mode and wait the security ,
than you kan put a new key , even if you have all key lost situation .
