    Unhappy DQ250 Cxx tuning

    Hi ,

I've read using KESS via OBD my DSG Cxx mechatronic. First of all can someone confirm that its a good redout (02E927770AE_02E300043C_1111) ?

Secondly unfortunatelly even if i am looking all over for the last 3-4 days, I FAILED to find any damos or create my own using the xxxxxxCP temic damos that are floating arround (attached for anyone intrested & reference.)

I would be greatful if someone can provide me damos for this tcu or tune it for me (7200 rpm shift, and 500nm limit would be ok!) as right now i got torque reduction on shift...

    Thank you m8s

Ok right now i have managed to define the below maps , any help as per what changes should i do to increase clutch pressure to avoid cooking my clutch would be precious

Also i changed Maximale motordrehzahl to 7200 (it was 6700) and max. Motormoment Getriebeschutz to 500nm from 350. Should i touch anything else for these 2 settings? (shiftpoint on M and torque reduction)

    Thanks!

Hi again after a long time. I deserted the thread because of no answers and just saw the above.

    I managed to
    -set the torque limit 500nm - mmrTemperaMmax_kl & mmr_mmaxgetriebeschutz_ko
-set the shift point to 7000rpm for all modes
    -reduce shifting times
-increased max rpm limit (GHes_NmotorMax_ko and KusNBergNMaxNeutral_ko)
-set lower times for launch control (KusLauchFiltBrAusst_ko , KusLauchFiltBrEinst_ko) set to 40ms and 10ms

Although i'm looking after how to increase clutch pressure as it seems that its sliping a bit on 4th gear & 5th gear

Could you help me a lil bit please?

What maps i need to touch and how? i guess that i need to
increase MAX STROM for k1 and k2 (1400ma from stock)
DEcrease?? ma to 10 and 15 bar HdrPHauptzul_kf_z as it seems to be a pressure relief valve vs target?
    what else?

    thanks in advance!

I've been searching all the forums for months and I haven't been able to find a way to make my file for 02E300042Q taking 02E300011CP as a reference, which is in all the forums out there, if you can shed a little light on it I would really appreciate it
