Autocom/Delphi VCI buying advice

Can anyone give me any advice on witch DS150e VCI to buy please, I have spent hours trying to research the subject but keep getting more confused, theres lots of info on the software (activation, different versions, etc), lots of info on the repair of pcb with bad components but I'm struggling to find out witch VCI to buy.
I'm located in France at the moment and mainly need full functionality with PSA and Renault, however if I'm going to be spending the money I would like to make sure to get the best hardware available, any advice would be much appreciated.

To handle French cars reasonably well
you should buy:
-Lexia 3 (Citroen Peugeot) and
-Renault Can Clip (Renault)
Autocom / Delphi is a nice universal interface with limited capabilities.

I had buy one from eBay almost a year ago, with red nec relay's (I don't know if the relay's is genuine) with ~40 € from UK, the seller has sell hundreds of that, and with very good feedback,

I think is not the tool but the software, that make the difference, if the vdi is good, or bad.....

Unfortunately, the software doesn't matter. The tester is important in the operation. The double board must be PCB V.3.0. Other PCB V 5.0, 6.0 or 8.0 do not support many cars. For example, older VAGs on the VP 37/44 pump. One PCB board is also different but I do not have and did not use. The last good software is 2013.3 and 2014.2.
