Perhaps virgin and even auto-binding. But in my opinion, you subtracted the dump as 95080 or 25080, read it exactly as 35Р08 OR 95Р08. Because in your dump one byte shift.

probably something wrong with ecu - first virgin and recode or full clone
this car do not have immobox - under dash is UCH
not possible immo off by dump - emu is only one option
