JVC KD-R411 protect mode

Hi,

I have problem with this radio JVC KD-R411, after turn on have message "PROTECT"

How can i solve this?

disconnect the speakers from the radio

next restart/reset the radio

as it disappears
short circuit on the speaker wires

press & hold MENU & TRACK DOWN for 5 sec
Radio will go to service menu
Select DC ERROR and clear
Cycle power to re-boot

Better read eeprom 24cxx and post here,i will clear the error.But must check if you have a short between spekers wire and GND.If you find must disconect that speaker.

Can you please clear protect from my radio kvx730 eeprom 2c32
I have replace IC sound amplifiere and now protect apear on touch.I try to go in service menu but no way for me.
