    Default Peugeot Bipper 1.3hdi fault code problems

    Hi all My wifes 1.3hdi 2013 Peugeot Bipper van is in limp mode .. I have a fault code [1564h/5476 unidentified code] when scanning and i am unable to clear it ,The moment you turn the ignition on the fault comes back before you even start the engine .Any ideas please

    No, but

    1) take to to a DK member with different scanner
    2) how long you had it?
    3) which is greater? The number of services its had, or your dk post and thanks?

    bip.jpgChecked exhaust temp sender and replaced it anyway but still the same .Does anyone know what software i need to download the ecu so i can get a dpf delete done please .I have mpps but its a marrelli ecu and its not listed on there .Much appreciated thanks and Happy New year to you all

    ok, so a quick DK search pinged back been heard of on this forum, fairly sure what you need is a better diagnostic computer.

    there is something you could try, but don't think will work

    Mileage ?
    Diff press measured on idle and 3000rpm.
    Try a donor diff pressure sensor and check the pipes for soot.
    Disconnect the FAP and make the injectors smoke test.

    117000 miles. does the data look correct ?or is there anything out engine idleing .Cleaned and checked all pipes and sensors and took dpf off and pressure cleaned it out tryed regen but gets half way thru and stops and says done with faults .Same fault code again cannot clear it data.jpg

    So is there contiunity back to ecu from that sensor?

    Reg dosent start with faults on ecu.

    1)people loose interest helping when dk thanks button not tickled
    or
    2) if faults in ecu then the dpf is inhibited from regeneration

    one or the other, not sure which

    Yes sorry thats correct it wont do a full regen with the fault code on ecu but how can i remove the fault code as it wont clear ? Thanks

    That new sensor unolug it, see if you get an exciting new fault code or same stale one

    it gives me another fault code but that one clears .Cant clear the other one though keeps coming back
