Default MSV80.1 correct ISN but will not sync

Old ecu overheated, ISN written to new MSV80.1 same part number too
trying to sync on bench says conditions not correct..
read ISN confirms same ISN as cas3+
    failed authorization still
backup flash from old ecu that is still syncing to cas
write flash to new ecu, same issue...
can someone look at MSV80.1 dump and see if there is issue?
this is .bin from old ecu that i wrote to new ecu
    also says error daten referense
    thanks

first you dont need sinhro for msv 80,
second if car dont start post full originall data from both ecu not modified with changes, and cas eprom.
Professional bmw key service cas 3/3+ 4/4+ repair = reset ews egs 8hp = 6hp-egs19d

I'll dump the cas here in a couple hours and upload when i get back to bench
I don't have OG dump from replacement module..
I lost the file.. didn't label correctly and now I don't know what one it is ahhhhh
I didnt know that about not needing sync with msv80.
With OG module when T15 turns on with key, MSV80 stays awake
with new module when t15 turns on with key, taking key out turns MSV80 sleep mode
it was all fine after I changed the ISN
but i went into hex editor to try and figure out how to change MSV80 vin and now it's not playing nice
i thought well maybe the checksum isnt correct (because im a noob and no idea what im doing)
so figured flashing with the OG flash to new msv80 would just over write all datas
    NOOOOPE
i think maybe I'm dealing with the flash of 2 different CPU?
i wish someone would make a text book on this stuff so I could learn the easy way

what tool did you use to write the flash and change SK on this DME? Did you just write a different flash onto it without checking compatibility first? there are a few different versions of MSV80.1

there is no sync on this ecu as it is EWS4 (cas3)

Note. just need to program DME and new vin will be written many tools capable of this, SK is hard part of job.

I ended up restoring the OG boot and obd flash datas to the new MSV80.1, and then going back and writing the CAS3+ isn to the new MSV80.1 and now it passes auth.

thought i still need to change the new MSV80.1 vin...
