Default BMW X5 E70 4.8i NO SOUND VOLUME IN THE SPEAKERS

Dear friends, I need your help
I have problems with a BMW X5 E70 4.8i from 2008 with Radio audio. the client reports that he had been listening to music and from one moment to the next the radio volume was turned off. They changed another radio, you can choose the FM and AM stations but still there is no volume on the speakers. change the amp and no sound comes out of the speakers either. I have checked with the scanner and there are no faults as you can see in the image. Test the speakers from the scanner by entering the amplifier. and all emit sound except for the left rear speaker.
please i need your help to solve this problem and find the sound of the speakers

Check left rear speaker for short circuit or burnt or leak to ground. This may put the amplifier into protection and cut all sound off.

We have tried to track the infrared signal, the signal comes from the radio, goes through different modules and then returns to the radio as you can see in the video. But we still don't have audio on the speakers, can you please help me find this fault?

    Brother,
Are you replacing the radio with the same part number as the Original?
I understand that for X5 it must be a part number compatible with your vehicle. not all radios that are for X5 can work on any X5.
    I await your comment

I will start with disconnecting most ring from BT and making bypass. if not check speakers or CCC
check speakers by unpluging one by one. usually make short connection and no sound protection.

It has been disconnected from the entire path of the infrared line. and they all work well. even disconnect a terminal from the infrared line that returns to the radio and you can see that the return of the infrared signal is fine. you can see in the video that the signal comes out of the radio and comes back on the other side of the line. This means that there is no interference by any module. if there was any part that cuts the infrared signal, you could not see the signal that is returning to the radio.
    I hope your help friends

After watching your video, I can say that the radio you are using is not compatible with your vehicle.
You need to change the radio to one that is compatible for your vehicle.
    please inform

Your amplifier is dead, very common problem on E70 X5's.

You replaced the radio for nothing.

Hi simaservis1108, have you seen the video that is in post 4? The customer changed the Radio, but I was also thinking like you, I bought and changed the used amplifier, but everything remains the same.
if you look at the video, the infrared signal comes out on the green wire from the radio and the same signal returns on the other black wire, after going through different modules. If there would be an interruption due to any module, that signal would be interrupted.
I have also done a test of the speakers with the scanner and all emit sound when doing the test with the scanner. if the amplifier was damaged there would be no sound in the speakers when doing the test
    I need your help please.

Did you code the radio to 677 Top-Hifi DSP?
If MOST loop is closed that doesnt mean that amplifier is okay, because in it there are 2 boards.Logic and output board.Logic almost never fails and output boards fail very often.

I can help you via TV if needed.
