Default VW Touran 2003 year change dashboard VDO Siemens - error on dash

    Hi

I changed dashboard in Vw Touran from 2003 year. I needed to change it because the orginal was damaged. After I flashed Sec Block file from original dash to new (used) dash car started, but I have got "Error" message in place where should be the odometer value. When I turn off the ignition the odometer shows correct millage, but when I will turn on the ignition I have got still "error" message and when I will turn off the ignition I have correct millage again. And all the time like this. I used Smok X-Can. But with Carprog orginal and with X-tool same story.

VCSD in 17-Instruments shows this fault: 00003 Control Module 014 Defective

    Orginal (old) dashboard is: VDO Siemens VWZ7Z0C7500866, V1312131, SW 0485, HWF02310, HWA02302, ID - 1T0920860A, 28.04.2003
New (used) dashboard is: VDO Siemens VWZ7Z0E2322884, V0003000, SW 1012, HW 003, ID - 1T0920862A, production date 16.06.2005

Is it problem with new (used) cluster? Is it damaged too? Or mayby is it problem with eeprom file? In attached original eeprom file read before write Sec Block file and eeprom file read one more time after write Sec Block file

and I can see that fuel level sensor does not work too (still shows 0 fuel - with old-damaged cluster it worked good). VCDS shows fault: 00771 - Fuel level Sensor (G) 010 - Open or short to plus
