    Default TCU Audi 4D0 927 156 DG to 4B0 927 156 EB

    Hello,

I have 2 TCU from Audi. I need to read the content from one to the other. Yes, I know they have different numbers. Inside they are identical. They both have AM29F400BB-90SI and Motorolla ZC439616CFT16.
    Describe what I do.
Via VVDI Prog I read from 4D0 927 156 DG the content of AM29F400BB and for the complete I read 24C16. Unfortunately, after programming 4B0 927 156 EB I do not have a connection with TCU via e.g. VCDS. The laboratory power supply alone shows less power consumption than a working TCU.
Such an operation has no right to succeed? Anyone know where the reason is?
When I re-program binaries previously read from a given driver, everything returns to normal. So you can't assume that your memories are being misread.
    Regards

best is to match bosch number..

if you are sure that pcb is the same "move" flash or read it with a programmer so desolder it...

    Numbers of PCB are identical.

I desolder this AM29F400BB and put into programer, read it and flash to another, just like i said it doesn't work. I'm afraid to transfer the bone to the other PCB. Because I can't let this happen with 4D0.

3 things can be wrong, you did not solder it the correct way, you did over heated the flash, your donor is not ok, because connection for diagnosis is not thru flash

    So:
Before flashing I checked VCDS both TCUs - they worked.
I read both. Then one programmed with the load of the other stopped working. So I re-programmed it with the charge that was in it at the beginning and came to life still works. The conclusion is that I didn't damage my memory. As for the way it should be soldered I also know

    Today i successfully transfer my memory from 4B0 927 156 CR to 4B0 927 156 EB but from 4D0 927 156 DG to 4B0 927 156 EB still not working.
