Default Toyota Land Cruiser 1999, help adapt used ECU

Hi, probably someone switched polarity on battery charger in the car and immobox and ecu exploded some components.

I got a new (used) immo box and cloned 93c66 fine, so that should be all good with the transponder.

Now I also have a new (used) ECU but don't have any memory I can clone and car does not have 16 pin obd2 connector to sync. It has a 23 pin connector under the hood.

    immo box part number: 89780-60040
    ecu part number: 89661-60540

So, how can I make the new(used) ECU from other car work in this car?

    regards

No need to clone ECU. As far as you have a key programmed to IMMO box. The engine ECU is plug and play

Agree 100% on this version no need sync. with good key or master key u can start car, maybe immobox or file is not ok, maybe immo doesnt send a digital signal to ECU

At the 22-pin diagnostic connector, jumper between TE1 with E1 for 35min.
look at the engine check icon in the instrument panel, the light blinken see dtc code 99 should be oscillating.
    I await your comment

Hi, sorry for late answer but the car ins't here so it's a bit complicated.

I don't know if they did the jumper well for the required amount of time but they told me it is giving code 99.

Also didn't mention that when I replaced ECU, ori was 89661-60540 and replacement is 89661-60780. It's for the same car and same motor.

Any idea how I should proceed? Put immobox virgin or something?

To finish this case, as people said before, the ECU in this car is plug and play, problem was that 89661-60780 did not work as replacement for 89661-60540. So I removed the 2 big chips from ori and soldered them in the new unit and everything is working now.
